The full story
A sales campaign platform with its own lead desk, for 22 industrial warehouses at Flagstone.
Tewksbury Commercial came to us to sell premium industrial units off the plan. The reference sites they shared set a high visual bar, but the more important half of the brief was invisible: what happens after someone enquires.
The campaign site itself is a single page, opportunity, design, site plan, location proof, agents, enquiry. Industrial buyers do not want a five-page site. They want to understand the product, believe the location, and make contact.
Behind that, we built the part that agencies usually go without. Enquiries write to a database rather than an inbox. The right people are notified automatically, the enquirer gets a confirmation, and the agency has a password-protected dashboard where leads can be reviewed and notification recipients managed without coming back to us.
That decision is what made the engagement repeatable. The agency was not left with a brochure site they would have to replace for the next development, they were left with a structure.
When the next project came up at Yarrabilba, the brief was to run the same build again. That is the outcome we were aiming for.
